Wendy Wilmot Properties opened its doors as a real estate company in 2004. This past July, it began its 21st year serving Bald Head with the track record of being the #1 real estate sales team since 2007 and generating over $1.3 billion in sales volume over the years. The WWP team prides itself on being local professionals who are excited to share their Island expertise while providing exceptional personalized service.
In 2011, WWP began its Rental division, offering guests vacation stays at beautiful BHI retreats. Currently, 50+ owners partner with WWP’s Property Management Services. Together, they provide deluxe accommodations for memorable Island stays.
Beyond these services, WWP also proffers Privatized Property Management and Privatized Housekeeping…and is always willing and happy to help folks navigate the ins and outs of Bald Head, no matter what the question is—from ideas for great fishing spots to directions to the Wildlife Overlook and everything in between.
