Lemonade Standoff
Lend a flipper during hatchling season by participating in the BHI Conservancy’s inaugural Lemonade Standoff, a fundraising event with fun for the whole family! Money raised through this event goes directly to our sea turtle protection efforts on BHI.
Your Commitment
- Register and operate your stand between August 3-8, 2024
- At least one member of your household operating the stand is 14 years or younger
- Donate all proceeds to the BHI Conservancy Sea Turtle Protection Program
- HAVE FUN!!!!!

- Free digital media kit to help you promote your stand and BHIC
- Invitation to the Lemonade Standoff Celebration with refreshments and prize packs on Thursday, August 8 at 2pm at the BHI Conservancy Campus
- Family name included on a 2025 Lemonade Standoff Adopt-a-Nest along with all other participating families
How to Host a Lemonade Stand
Register with BHIC using button above
Plan your stand and location- card table and chairs, wagon and beach blankets, two-story rocket ship with windows and doors… use your imagination!
Get your lemonade supplies – cups, lemonade making ingredients, ice, cooler, a donation container, etc.
Design your marketing materials – use the BHIC media kit as well as make your own signs to promote your lemonade stand. And don’t forget to ask mom or dad to post it on social media
